compet\u00eancia dos funcion\u00e1rios, bem como seu empenho e desempenho.<\/p>\n<p>O Plano de Cargos, Carreira e Vencimentos dos Profissionais de Sa\u00fade do Munic\u00edpio de Vit\u00f3ria\/ES, que vem sendo implantado na Prefeitura Municipal de Vit\u00f3ria desde 2009, tem como objetivo principal estimular o desempenho profissional, valorizar o funcion\u00e1rio pelo conhecimento adquirido pela compet\u00eancia, pelo empenho e pelo desempenho, incentivar a qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o funcional cont\u00ednua, estabelecer as regras para a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o funcional, al\u00e9m de racionalizar a
